I always start a new bowl with a wooden match. (Tradition) And for the rest of the bowl I always have one of those mini "gripper" bic. (bic mini's with that trippy case/sleeve over them.) anyone know what im tlaking about.

Some are. The one I have right now was made in Spain. I've seen em made in France, Spain, USA, and I forget where else.
