Tolerance breaks? too long not good?

I've been smoking for a few years, and I quit every once in a while to make sure that im not becomin dependent or feeling the need to smoke daily. But sometimes ill quit for a month or so and when I smoke again, i feel as if my toleranec has gone up. If I quit smoking for maybe 3 or 4 days, then toke up, my T-level seems lower than not smoking for a month. Anybody else get this sometimes if they back off the green for a while? maybe its just mental, maybes its just if i wait a whole month i forget how the high is and just feels like my tolerance is lower, but I just wanted to ask the people and get some feedback.

My long break ended a few weeks ago and it was definitely hard getting through it, I don't think you should take long T-breaks if you don't need to.

I haven't smoked since last monday, which is a LONG ass time for me, considering I usually go through a quarter of dank per week at least. I'm gonna break my tolerance break on 4/20, with an ounce of some schwag and a few g's of dank.

Your tolerance is lower after 3-4 days because you still have THC built up in your system, which helps make you higher, but at a month you've lost that THC so your starting from 0 and then your first smoke back you won't get any higher from built up THC because there is none, but you'll get a lot higher than before the break, and the tolerance will stay down longer. After 3-4 days it will make you higher on your first smoke back, but then from there it's practically business as usual before the break. I don't take breaks anymore, because I've learned how to smoke everyday and keep my tolerance low, but a combo of the 2 always worked best. As in quit for 3-4 days, smoke for a day, then quit for rest of month.

spuds n buds is dumb as shit and wrong. lots of people here are wrong, constantly.

my guess is that it would be a mental thing, brohirim.

if you've got less trees in your system you're going to get higher when you smoke. the less trees youve smoked, the higher you'll get per smoke. thats pretty much how this thing works. the only thing that can eliminate thc from your system is your own excriment (you piss it out, for the most part)

tolerance is funny. i used to go to the gym 6 or seven times a week and drink a gallon and a half of water every day. i wouldnt smoked until i got out of classes and spent my time at teh gym. when i took a bong rip in the evening (like 6 oclock, after usually 45 mins to an hour and a half of work at the gym, depending of course on what i was trying to do) i would get crazy messed up. my eyes would water, and i'd get hit much harder than if i had woke up and smoked (i usually smoke about an hour before i sleep, as well.) now that i cant go to the gym anymore (its been six months) i notice a huge difference because i'm able to smoke more, and with less breaks of many hours, and of course because i'm not as fit as i was, and i wasnt sweating and pissing out a couple gallons of water and milk.

It really isn't that bad to quit. The first few days can be hard, but it's nothing that can't be done. I haven't smoked since last July, so if i smoke again, I know i'll be gone for a while.
Tolerance breaks aren't a bad idea sometimes, but you probably don't want to go as long as I have. lol.

The thing that kept me from smoking was playing guitar, it kept my mind off of wanting to smoke, and after almost 10 months, I'm doing good.
If you want to take a break find something to occupy yourself.

Then we smoke again, you should get pretty messed up.

I agree with INS, Ive found that its not worth smoking more than 1-2 bowls a day in a single session. Anymore, and the high per thc decreases exponentially to the point where youre just burning good weed for no reason. So unless you got the money to smoke all day and night I wouldnt suggest it. He who smokes the least, gets the highest. I need to take a couple weeks off but its just so damn hard knowing that after the high from coming back from a tbreak is over, the tolerance will be back within days. So I will have spent several weeks sober, just to get more blown a few initial times.
