well first off to answer the post, I live near Portland Oregon, (west linn).

yes we have medical laws here in oregon, portland is trying to pass a city law where you can have possesion of under an ounce and have it not be considered a crime.

Both my parents have houses in the Portland metro area.. I live in BC right now but will be home in less than a month. I love Oregon.. it's tight, great for smoking too.

It's been like hat for at least thirty years.. Oregon was the first state to decriminalize marijuana. You will only get fined for amounts under an ounce I believe.. A medicinal card gives you the right to posses and/or grown..

I always wondered thou I know portland breaks down into 4 part NE NW SE SW and the river is the dividing line for east and west but what is the dividing line for north and south? is it 84? or something??

There isnt really a middle boundry. They just kinda begin. On certain maps you can see portland as like a small square with all those outer towns surrounding it. Almost like a cirlce though.
