Is there a way to find out wther the weed you have is indoor or outdoor?

My main way of telling is quality wise, If its a loose scraggly, leafy, and smells of green or dirt its your basic out door. If its tight more uniform and smells more accepting or exotic its will be your basic indoor. Im sure i missed many more distinctions please all feel free to aid. You will pick up this skill quickly like most of us did.

the higher the quality the higher chance of it being indoor instead of outdoor

DUde I have seen outdoor that you would believe is indoor. Outdoor growing has been making leaps and bounds when it comes to quality (Well at least here in California).

I've noticed that strains grown outdoors usually have a high that lasts longer than anything grown indoors.

Everyone gets so caught up in the stereotype that if its outdoor it must be of poor quality. This is a misconception.

if it just gets you high, outdoor. if it gets you high as shit, indoor.

oh and usually outdoor has far less trichs.

The days when being able to tell outdoor from indoor by quality have passed. Some outdoor bud that is being circulated around these days is just as bomb as anything hydroponic. But one key way to tell is by smell. If the weed smells earthy, or piney or anything related back to nature, it's most likely outdoor. I also tend to notice most outdoor is more of a light or vibrant green because it gets natural sunlight.

Not really, it might take a double digit amout of individual trichs off. Water does not affect them though.

uhhhh, only way i really know of is if the guy youre gettin it from tells you.

but not everyone has the privelege of having a hookup like that.. unless your guy is tellin you whats what, or unless youre growing it yourself, its pretty much impossible to tell how it was grown or what strain it is..
