Well it finally fucking happened..

I just got released from jail.. spent every last penny on bail, I couldnt stand being in there another fuckin minute.

To make it short and simple, got pulled over for a minor traffic violation (YELLOW LIGHT) and he smelt 2 oz of headies, searched and found a scale and the 2 oz. The thing was me and my friend literally just went and picked it up before we got pulled over, and split it one was his and one was mine.

So, 4 hours later after being locked in an extremely tiny cell they finally tell me what im being charged with (not to mention no one read me my rights)

Possession of 56 grams.

Ok so I was expecting that somewhat. The fucked up part? My buddy also was charged with Possesion of the same 56 grams which gives us both a felony.

Tried arguing as much as possible even though he claimed his before they even talked to me, they still say its "both" of ours, so instead of having a misdemeanor both of us got we each got a felony.

My buddy is still in there til Tuesday with no money for bail. I felt horrible for leaving him there but I felt even more horrible being there.

I need to move. Fuck this shit. Peace grasscity.

Yes but in this case im pretty sure he's referring to the jail sentence I just got for having A PLANT in my car. No pipes, not under the influence, not hurting anyone.

3 days lock up and we still havent got our court date yet.

I was pulled out of the car, searched, cuffed and called a motherfucker gettin shoved into the interceptor.

Unless thats their new way of reading peoples rights, I dont know. Do those cameras that show the hood of the car record audio too does anyone know?

They don't have to read you your rights anymore when you're actually caught doing something. At least thats what I understand from a conversation I had with a lawyer. Then again, it may also depend on what you're being arrested for. I'm no expert, but that's just what I understand.

ouch the felony charge isnt nessesary but the way he slapped you both with it is a bitch. cops dont even listen to what you have to say nor they care. thats why we all hate cops. but stay safe.
