I don't know what the yield per plant was because I don't have the necessary equipment to weight it, and it's the first time I have so much of it so I don't know what to compare it to.
I started from seeds, 10 of them with a single 430 watt HPS. I got rid of 2 of them quickly because they looked weak and I knew I didn't have enough space (it was in a closet), but I got lucky and out of the 8 left 7 turned out to be female.
Light cycle was 18-6 for veg for about 2 months, and then 12-12 for flowering for another 2 months. I don't know if that helped but I read somewhere that to squeeze out a little extra from the Widow, you could keep it another week or two at 4-20 or 6-18 (in other words, very short periods of light). I did this but I can't tell whether it helped or not.
I didn't use too much nuts because I heard White Widow doesn't like nuts too much. I had nothing to get rid of the smell because I was told it doesn't smell nearly as much as a Skunk, but trust me with 8 plants it was very hard to hide the yummy smell in my 4 1/2 room condo.
I now smoke everyday so I wasn't sure how good it turned out to be because of the tolerance that I have. But after having a few regular smokers over to try it, it was obvious that my stuff was much stronger than what they usually get from their local dealers. Some of them liked it, others found it too strong.
I'm happy with the results, and now I have enough to smoke it daily for a couple of years. Only complain that I have is that I'd rather have different strains than so much one 1, but that has nothing to do with the White Widow itself.
Good luck with your grow
