Valerian root doesn't do shit for me when I am on a tbreak.

I would have to take something like flexeril(cyclobenzaprine) to help me sleep. I know that its not a sleeping aide but it still does the trick for me.

Yeah melatonin knocks me out pretty fast, I usually take one 20 or 30 min before bed, they also make me have crazy ass dreams for some reason, sorta helps me out with my lucid dreaming

^ tolerance break

melatonin definatley works...a good tip tho is to make sure its real dark when your bout to pass out it helps alot

it never worked well for me, but it did give me crazy dreams. I was experiencing with higher doses, and i started waking up with no energy, especially my legs. It was a workout just walking up stairs, sooo difficult.
