ive been sick for about 3 weeks or so (coughing and runny/stuffy nose) and ive been smoking every day about too... needless to say im still sick...

While it may be bad on a sore throat, smoking makes me feel almost 100% better when sick. More energy, and any soreness and pain goes away. Try to smoke out of a water pipe and your throat won't be hardly as much irratated.
