well we were in my friends dorm room (no we weren't smoking or anything), but it always smells like pot. someone apparently complained so the cops came. i wasn't going to hide it in my friends room bc then he'd get in trouble and he already got the opium charge, so i just kept it.

but no i'm not getting the opium charge.

think i can get the court to keep it off my record if i do community service or something?

does anyone know how much the tickets are in Wisconsin?

i asked a bunch of people and they said the possession will be like $250 and the paraphernalia will be like $300.

but i'm not too sure, i thought paraphernalia would be cheaper then that.

for what its worth, in CA you pay about $150 between fines and the cost for taking a class (8hrs on a saturday). wiped from records.

that's what i heard, but that fucking sucks. the officer says that i'll get my tickets in the mail today, so i guess we shall see around 2 p.m
