... im not sure just how acurate all my little bill quotes are.... it might not exactly b word for word. he did an excellent sketch that started of "all around the world there are trailor parks and council estates ..." and just from that i think u get the point. personally ... i say look @ india and much of the third world... if we were to suddenly grant them all the quality of healthcare (and thus survival) that we all "enjoy" in the "developed" world we would see a population boom like you wouldnt beleive.... you would suspect that someone had been tampering with human genes to make rabit-humans. In poorer countries giving birth to many children is a survival thing. here its a stupidity thing. the reason i mentioned india there is because such a thing did pretty much occur there... large rates of infant mortality then a rapid improvement of medical care (still somewhat lacking tho) and a resulting population boom. woops... that turned out to be another digi-waffle. |
