Well thank you, I appreciate you agreeing with me. I do just about everything other than H and PCP. Not because I have anything against those drugs, but it's just not my thing. I've only done meth a couple of times, and it's just not my thing. I got into a lot of hard drugs for a while, trying to get a thrill, but ultimately I stick to chronic, brew and the many hallucinogens that make my life a little to intense sometimes. Once a year I hit up a ball of yayo and binge out. But only rarely, same thing goes for the thizz.

cocaine must be processed before it can be used. hair-ron must be processed before it can be used. pcp, meth, rock, opm all that gots to be processed before it can be used.

Weed is grown 100% organically. There are zero steps to access the drug, you can pull a bud off a living plant in the woods and smoke it.

Coca is grown for quite a few different uses and there's a very long extraction process involving a wide variety of man made chemicals and tools to produce the actual cocaine.

Same with poppy..The paste you scrape from a bulb is almost near inactive and takes a long process to create heroin.

Cocaine and heroin ruin lives, hands down..I don't believe it should be a felony criminal offense and you're automatically placed in a category related to murderers, rapists and what not but instead (with the money obviously being wasted holding these people in jail) start a large rehabilitation program.

At home rehabilitation is THE most effective solution to less drug use in the U.S. but the LEAST cost effective, plus the support isn't there...

Yeah hoast, you're right... but only to a certain extent. I can cook coca leaves into coca tea and have the most "natural" effect of cocaine. I can smoke the paste and get an opium like effect. The purified versions are only extracts that are more intense, sure, more addictive, theoretically. It's all about personal will power, if you can handle the weak you can handle the strong, if you're real. Addictions are personal problems, to be blamed on the drug, ever. Get your shit together tools.

Yeah well chewing coca or brewing it in a tea will not kill you, and smoking opium is also pretty harmless.

Yes, obviously the problem is addiction and thats my point. The DEA thinks that if they try to cut off the supply of drugs coming into the country that less people will get addicted or use, while in reality all they're really doing is busting a few of the head traffickers, and exploding it into the media convincing us that they're doing their job.

But if they stopped using those billions of dollars and started a large rehabilitation campaign I'm sure the numbers would drop significantly. Of course, users are going to be users and if you're deep into a heroin addiction and your dealer gets arrested or you do, you're only going to resort to worse to get more. So, there's where you get your criminal drug users.

You can see by my location where I live, not sure what you are insinuating with the 'hood' comment, but I like my neighborhood, harlem is a great place to live -- I have lived here my entire life. I can afford to live anywhere i want in NYC, but harlem is my home.

And actually you are wrong, my father smoked crack to relax for over 20 years. Did he hurt his family? No. Did he lose his job? No.. Ever O.D.? No..

If thats what he likes to do in his evenings, to relax after a day of hard-work to provide for his family, what does it matter? Who is anyone else to judge? He wasn't hurting anyone. He smoked it, and liked looking out his window and watching the TV on a real low volume. You can be a responsible adult and use any substance, use doesn't automatically mean abuse.. Abused and not being used with safety, is when you over-do something, or lose track of your goals / responsibilities in life.

And I never said it was "safe", I said it can be used with "safety", sorry if you don't know the difference, can't help ya on that. I know plenty of lives it has destroyed. Any substance or activity can destroy your life if you let it, like say alcohol.

And no I have never smoked crack, I do snort a little yay every now and then though

edit : I thought of an example to explain the difference between being safe, and using with safety. Guns.. They are not safe, they shoot metal objects out of them able to puncture human skin and break bone. But you can use them with safety, by keeping them locked up when not in use, keeping the safety on, not aiming at another human-being, keeping the bullets in a separate location, etc, etc.
