Good luck, I too always take 2-3 tolerance breaks a year, I do them for 2 weeks.. during these two weeks, detox yourself as well, exercise heavy for those two weeks and drink a ton of water, water does not do anything to remove the thc but it speeds up the metabolism which burns fat faster and thus the removal of thc at a much faster rate.
take a multivitamin, niacin, b-complex vitamins, aids to speeding up the metabolism so in two weeks it will be more like a month break compared to someone just sitting around where it takes a much slower time to get out of your system.

Yea I'm thinking I should take one, smoking 14 grams a week is getting a lil too expensive(but very fun). Ill will probaly only take a two week one

I just don't have that much money this year, so I only smoke once every one or two weeks. Like a permanent tolerance break. It's nice though, I get wayy higher and it's more enjoyable rather than routine. That's not to say I wouldn't be toking all day if I could afford it

Yeah thats probably all I am going to do every few months from now on. I'm smoking 7 grams a week and like you said:

and do anyone else taking this tolerance break! i think i might do a week or so starting next sunday or monday because of my classes starting and a roommate that i don't think is a huge fan of our beloved plant. but yeah. it all depends on the scarcity of weed in college (which i dont think will be a problem...)

It's been about two and a half weeks for me and it hasn't been too bad. I'll be getting some decent stuff this saturday though, and I'm lookin forward to it
