OMFG Hydro!

So is hydro really worth the hype. In my town we have alot of Mexicans and they always say they have hydro and how hydro is the best shit, but I just dont believe it. Hydro is a growing technique not a specific strain, as they always treat it. As I see it you can have a bag of hydro shwag or mersh.

And even in other places I here people bragging on about how they get hydro and im just not impressed with it.

What do you guys think/

like you said hydro is a way of growing. so it can be really good or really bad.

i have had hydro that looked great.. but didn't even get me high. and id have hydro that has gotten me super blown.

hyrdo isn't shit.. all it means is that it's grown in water instead of soil, yeah if you do it right it's better but most people wouldn't be able to grow hydroponically especially if they call it hydro.

When they say it's "hydro" they don't mean "this weed was grown in a soiless medium, such as coco coir or even open air". They mean "this shit is dank". Also, while hydro doesn't necessarily mean it's good, most people who go to all the costs and trouble of building a hydroponic system are going to remove males. That alone pushes your weed into the "dank" range of things.

So sure, technically hydro isn't necessarily better, but I doubt there's even one hydro grower in the country who gets seeded buds (besides maybe once-in-a-while a hermie that gets missed, though even that isn't too common because most big commercial grows use clones).

Hydro produces the best weed in the world. Hydro/ indoor is all that's available here, so I'd say it's well worth the money.

Besides, hydro has a more hard hitting feeling and has more of a dull taste. Bud grown in the soil hits smoother and taste better I think.

100% wrong. aeroponics can produce buds that would put hydro to shame. same goes for soil. it doesint depend as much on the medium as it does on the nutes, lights, air, co2... and most of all skill of the grower. look at mister postmans nugs. dankest of the dank. way better that most "dro" and he uses soil and good nutes.
dont pay attention to anything other that the final product. all else when buying bud for quality does not matter at all.

Um... aeroponics IS hydroponics. The only difference between geoponics(soil) and hydro is that hydro grows faster in veg. That's it! Seriously! "Dro" is a misconception designed to trick buyers who don't know shit.

I agree with all hydro is a way for growing also if done right with the correct right amount of nutrients of course its going to be dank and good as fuck and dank is just a word for dense weed also depends on the grower i have done all indoor outdoor hydro, aero-ponics, and soil and i can produce pretty much the same from each type of system also you can change it up and do more with diff systems that you couldnt do with the other so it really depends on skill for the most part and everyone has there own opinion so of course someone is going to beg to differ from each other saying that they can do better with this or that or this is better than that its all personal pref. so i say shut the hell up and smoke what you like and keep it to yourself and just enjoy the high and smoke and if someone is going to argue about how good there shit is just tells you that they are just a beginner cause every experienced smoker dosn't brag they just enjoy and toke it up...

i beg to differ my friend. hydro is when the roots of the plant get their nutes by being supported by a solid medium and totally submerged in water. aeroponics is when the roots hang free in the air and are misted with a vapor of water and nutes.
