LOL! That's the first time I've heard of that happening here at GC
 My boy and I scrapped his piece yesterday and smoked a fatty res-bowl outta it... It was pretty sweet  Didn't taste that great, but it got me pretty ripped.

I've heard of some people doing that in hard times, but I wouldnt do that. Although the bong probably does contain some thc left, I think the majority of it would be tar... not good at all for your lungs.
Don't get me wrong, I smoke resin, just not often and/or out of any pipe that contains water.

^ actually, if it's pyrex, which majority of bongs are, the chance of it breaking are slim. pyrex is a very durable, and a very hard glass. it can withstand very high temperatures. as long as you don't cool it too fast. i.e. dipping it into ice water right after.
