can i just bowl my glass bowl to get it clean cause i am not going to put it in alchol

If you meant boil yeah you just have to be careful.. I usually

just get the water to just boil then take the pot off and put it

outside then put the piece in so it don't smell..

Why won't you just put in alcohol...that's the best cleaning your bowl will get. All you need to do is let it dry out and then just kinda hold a flame to it or suck but don't inhale to get the left over residue/or alcohol that didn't evaporate.
