Feeling Sick?

Yo sup all. I always heard that bs rumour that THC lowers your bodies immuno-response system (immune system). I dunno if I believe it...but for the record I didnt get sick at all before I smoked weed and then BAM! I got sick for my first time in years (seriously :P) Ofcourse that was when I was smoking a ridonkelous amount..and it was a cold winter. I havent noticed that much in the way of feeling sick anymore..but what about you guys/gals out there? You get sick alot?

I think it happens a bit when you first start off. Your body isnt use to all the foreign things going into its body so you get sick, cause you introduce alot of germs when you blaze. But overtime your body responds to this by upping your immune system a bit.

I personally hate the fact that my throat takes forever to recover. Literally weeks after my symptoms are gone, ill still have an incredibly mucus-y throat.

i would think that the potential increase from sickness comes from sharing with friends. maybe i'm just crazy though.

THC wouldn't hurt you at all, but the tar and stuff in the smoke probably wouldn't help you at all when you're sick...

I don't care though, I smoke every time I'm sick, I completely forget about being sick.

I get sick alot - probably 3 to 4 times a year. I've been like this forever..I guess I just have a weak immune system and I actually have the flu right now. Never smoked while I was sick but im going to here in a little bit to see if it helps my appetite cause I havent eaten anything in the last 3 days except for a couple bowls of soup.
