ok, so, you know the bongs with the percs in the neck of the bong, and there is more than one? well, how do you fill up those percs with water, they look like they are completely closed in

Is it a perced. ROOR or PHX?

PHX put water in the bottom, tip the bong up with your mouth on the mouthpiece and when the water gets to the middle of the bottom perc. (the 1st one) start hitting it and it will pull the water in. After the 1st is filled half way, tip the bong back down with your mouth still on the mouthpiece and pull again. The water will pull from the 1st perc. to the second. Want 1/4 water in the 1st, 2/3 in the second.

With the ROOR, do the same thing. But have the 1st perc. (only perc.) be half full.
