need help, shitty ass dealer

omg, let me tell ya this, i am rolling to my friends house yesterday, and we were about to get some weed, then he said we had to pick up a buddi of his, and i did soo. later on we were rolling to a local pizza place were we should pick up the weed, but hell noo, there it comes a realy hard ass mania, looking 4 his money that (the dude we picked) he owed him, startying to pull knives and shit. I AM NOT IN TO VIOLENCE, soo i tried to calm the situasjon down. and the guys that were thretening us - took my smokes and the little weed i was having on me. but when they did understand that i didnt know the guy that owed them money, i got all my shit back. then the dude we picked up had to pay them 300 dollars. and he is still owing them 100 dollars amonth til christmas. but after all this wacking shitty experience, i called my dealer, and he was like "i am empty m8, sorry" and he usually pulls through. but not today. but my real friend not the dude we picked up said that there was a new dealer in town,. soo we tried, met him gave him money, and he returned with 5 grams, we ordered 10 !!! FFS... and then we couldnt find him again. soo i drove that freaky dude home, the guy we picked up, and i didnt get crap of the pot, and noo driving money. he promised me both, he said it was no problem what soo ever!!

but i am sitting here now thinking: " i am got to get my weed, ore my money (300dollars) back.. WTF SHOULD I DOO

Do I have this right... some guy you don't know well owed over $300 to some violent people you don't know, and you paid $300 to them? It sounds to me like you let yourself get screwed. That'lll happen if you associate with shady people and then behave like a pushover. In fact, worse stuff often happens if you associate with shady people and act like a wimp. Hell, if you act like a pushover in general you're begging to get screwed.

I might be misunderstanding what happened though.

Anyway my advice is to

1. Try to be careful not to get into situations where it's easy for someone to rob you (isolated, not many uninvolved people around, etc) when you're dealing with people involved in the drug trade, especially people you don't know well.

2. If someone comes after you because of a debt that's not yours if you can try to clearly communicate you're not that person and you're not responsible for their debts (unless it's a close friend you're willing to pay up for... but that's a very dangerous precedent to set). I mean, it might be that you're getting robbed and ae gonna have to pay, but if they're not just robbing you with some BS about a debt involved they'll back off if you get the chance to express that it ain't your debt.

3. Know that sometimes violence becomes inevitable and that sometimes it can be avoided but at a great cost to your reputation that'll only draw more trouble.

On the other hand, if these guys produced knives and you think they woulda stabbed you for not cooperating, well, hey, you escaped the situation without being stabbed. That counts for a lot. Mostly just be careful and stand up for yourself. If you can avoid it don't loan money to strangers for their debts or agree to pay off a strangers debt (and if you're not basically being strongarmed you should be able to... if you are being strongarmed, well deal with it however you'd deal with it). If my understanding of what happened is right it sounds to me like you're unlikely to get your money back (you don't seem willing to act like those guys with the knives, which is alright) and it'd be best to try to learn how to avoid it happening again.
