Who the hell (as wise as he/she may be) decides to find a plant, pick it up, roll it in paper and smoke it? Its so random if you think carefully about it.

4Sure, its a good thing the first MJ smoker did! But I wonder what the fuck made him or her do this.

well it was used by munks to go deeper in to meditation but before that im pretty sure no onw knows i could be wrong

i have an even better question... who was the first person who saw a cow and said "hey if i pull on those and drink what comes out it will taste good"

Thats a really good one. For the weed one, it probably started with someone cooking with it and getting high, then smoking it to see other effects it gives.

A lot of discoveries happen purely by accident. They probably cooked it first, and found that the food got them high put 2 and 2 together and whammo eureka!!!

maybe they were burning a forest or sumthin down to clear the area and got stoned and found out what plant it was????

Thats actualy not random at all, it was a decision made by a sentient mind, thats not random, that isnt even the opposite of random, its not in the same ballpark, fuck ballparks its not even the same sport. Strange, silly, fucked up, those are all words that I would use to describe that, but not random... Sorry to be a bitch about that, but im notorious for turning into a douchebag whenever someone says that word

Back on topic...They probaby thought it smelled good and added it to a smoking mix, upon noticing that it made 'em feel good, they through out the rest of the bullshit and began to smoke weed and nothing but...my theory at least

Well with the Marijuana plant looking so damn beautiful I can see why. Id be curious about a plant that looked even remotely close to a Marijuana plant. Theyre so beautiful, I dont think ive seen another plant look like that?

Thanks anyway. Yeah my personal thought was they thought the plant looked odd so they did some testing on it and discovered what its capable of.

well the actual act of smoking a herb to gain any affects was probobly discovered in the egyptian days, when they first started cultivating tobacco... and that probobly started because they were burning brush to clear a field and noticed a particular plant gave you a funny feeling when you inhaled the smoke
