no. this paper shows that 2/3rds of the measuring station showed an increase. however - some of this data was taken from badly maintained weather stations, they kept them in the report because the last report that only surveyed fully working stations only had 63 data sets. a 1/3 of the data showed a decrease in tempterature. and the fact that the little ice age only ended about 100-200 years ago - of course the planet is getting warmer! but as humans we have very little affect on it!
Yeah, generally opposition is from those who claim humans are not the cause of the change. The vast majority of evidence points to humans, but there is a somewhat reasonable counterargument. That the climate is changing is not up for debate (scientifically, at least).

Of course humans are contributing to climate change. We are putting out greenhouse gasses, no? It is whether it is significant in relation to the worlds natural production of greenhouse gasses and whether the amount of which humans produce would actually drastically(within a few generations) change the climate. The hoax/fraud bit comes about when we have things like Solyndra using it to get funded by the government. Using the idea to force other countries to buy our goods. Etc. I think people are being alarmists. I think many people are generally worried, but I also think there are people using that worry to their best benefit through government intervention. And, frankly, I would be skeptical about anything the Koch family puts out. I feel they may put out information like this, then start riding that boat as well (investing in a company they gets backed by the government, etc).
