alright man well im hella baked so i hope this doesnt sound stupid but... what if like the universe is just like a cell like it split into two, kinda like the one theroy thing that says we live split from a giant soap bubble.. anyways... but like we split into two and like the division part made a huge explosion (the big bang) and the cell is just rapidly growing... im really baked and this is really hard to xplain, any 1 get what im sayin?

Buzzy shit, you both reminded me that..
I believe, or have at least thought about, the size of the universe... how can we possibly know what how big it is? I don't mean in terms of physical space within our perceived universe, I mean outside the universe, surrounding it.. If we can, as a planet and as human beings, survive and grow in this tiny niche of everything... that, to me, suggests that we just occupy a tinier than tiny level on the infinite scale of the universe... we see the world as it is to us; but why should our perception be the real perception? what's the real perception? Shit i'm baked as, too baked for this shit..

but terraform; I'd argue that the past, present and future do exist; they all exist at the same time..but I agree that they can't act as a constraint.

The problem with time is we assume everything we see is the present right, well the fact is that we can never observe the present. The only thing that we can actually observe is the past, so by this thinking, time travel to the future for humans is pointless because even if we could do it, we couldn't possibly observe it in any way. Time travel to the past is a different story, when light is emitted it travels in all directions until it hits something. Once this light is emitted it can't be changed, so if i had an LED and made it blink out a pattern, then you were to get in a vehicle that could travel faster than the speed of light you could experience this sequence of lights again. So by this method you could see a "movie" if you will of what happened in the past, but you couldn't interact with what you see.
