I can see it now!

"In the ancient year of 2008, the marijuana plant became extinct in all corners of the earth. The world was directly affected: Ska and Raggae music sales dropped dramatically, people (gasp!) started realizing Taco Bell really isn't that good and jail cells were suddenly emptier (a cause the Police Obesity of 2009. Cops didn't have a poor excuse to arrest people anymore and in turn sat on their asses on the side of highways pulling people over for the fun of it. That, of course, resulted to the Speeding Ticket Mania of 2010 were an average person got a speeding ticket at least three times a week).
Suddenly a magnificent being appeared from the mist! FrostAie (FrostEy in the Canadian regions) took the task or spreading the love that is ganj single handedly. Now everytime a bong rip is taken or a 311 festival is sold out, a little prayer is made to the god of weed: ol' FrastAie.

:End.

When your high you think alot more about things and settle down for a bit. To many people these days are so blind to whats going on its unbelievable and if people would just stop doing shit and sit down and think they would realize whats going on.

Another reason i think marijuna is illegal, it makes you think. The government doesnt want us to think, they want to think for us so everything is how they want it to be.

you are absolutely correct.

however, i also know that you are intelligent enough to realize that is takes a "lifetime" for those trees to grow into anything resembling what was just cut down.

does it?

is it not possible to think without it?

popular music trends seem to suggest that the average potsmoker today just gets high and proceeds to "bump" his music.

After the mass extintion, it be interesting if birds became dominant again over mammals and over time turned back into dinosaurs. Or what if insects developed higher intelligence such as ants and hornets, and turn into an intelligent sapient with tough armor and wings. I'm really high.

no my friend you have a narrow mind.

is it all coincidence that the pole shift in 2012 is supposed to open doors for evolution, by rotating the other way it regenerates its electro magnetic field, thus strengthening the atmosphere; giving life on earth much more suitable conditions? things would grow bigger and live longer. there was a test done on raising pirhanas in a controlled enviornment with most radiation blocked, much like how the electro megnetic field works, the pirhanas grew double the size. something like a pole shift couldve very well wiped out all the dinos, since they are prone to disaster openly with hardly any means to protect themselves, and coincidentaly everything back then was bigger. when the species stops evolving i guess its up to nature to give a nudge.

man mass extinctions come and go, its part of the cycle, palentologist and bioligist belive there have been 3 so far, each species plays is role and every time it dies off a new species rises. so whether a mass extinction happens or not is irrelevent as there is nothing in our power that we can do to stop it.

we were just studying this in my evolution class - it seems pretty legit...

my only doubt is that he showed us a graph that showed exponential growth of the number of species that are going extinct by decade, but it extended all the way back to the 1800s. How can we compare extinction numbers now to ones back then when the amount of known species is so much higher now?
