The Big Bang Theory (TV)

Just cought this series. One of the better sitcoms I've seen, and certainly second only to "Two and a half men" of currently running shows.

So what do this have to do with science you might ask? For one thing the series is about a group of scientists (and a waitress). Disregarding the geeky stereotyping, it is one of the few series that shows science as something other than just "boring" or dead serious, whilst being accurate.

In short it is a very good piece of entertainment that puts a smile on science. Not the usual sigh many associate with it.

Runs on CBS for those living in the US. The rest of us can catch in on our favourite DC++ hub or Torrent site.
