ok, i just blew my own mind, you know how scientists say the universe is expanding, like the think it is fact, and that they can tell because all the stars in every direction are moving farther away, listen to this, what if there is something big, i mean REALLY BIG surrounding the entire universe, and its gravity is so strong, it is pulling everything, and every thing will eventually collide with it, like, we are all in a giant antfarm, and something is watching all of everything just collide with this massive object? you know, just, what if?

They say that the universe is infinitely expanding and growing. But my question is, doesnt everything have to have an end and a beginning? Whats at the other side of the end of space. Just white space like in the matrix? Whats on the outside of that? Theres gotta be an end somewhere, but where? And isnt there always something on the other side of the end? Are we just a speck on the big picture? I have a feeling we will never really know the answers

While scientist may throw around the fact about the universe expanding, it's more theory than fact.

We don't even knwo what kind of topology the universe is. We are far from predicting the behavior of the universe.

But people ask and scientist answer, and we take as fact what is a theory of opinions...

But indeed, we have some kind of initial force expulsing everything, and gravitational force attracting everything. One needs to win over the other. But anyone who thinks he knows the answer is merely closing his views.

what if the entire universe is only a proton (or neutron/electron) in a bigger universe, and every neutron proton and electron in our universe is another universe, and it continues infinitely in both directions

Could be. We theorize that protons and neutrons are made of quarks. How long before we find some other sub-sub-atomic particle?
