christians....if you had to change religions, which would you choose?

islam or judaism?

LOL I did this a year ago, I started out as christian but switched to Islam after reading the quran.

well thats cool if it worked out for you (not kidding) but im cruious about the current christians because i DO realize the difficulty in having to choose between the two for various historic and current reasons...

I haven't read the Qu'ran but i hear it's beautiful, so I'd lean towards islam, however there's things about the religion i disagree with.

I believe if you combine all three ( christianity, judaism, islam ) then filtered out the stuff that was oppressive ( gay people go to hell, women must wear burkhas, etc.etc.) You'd have a damn nice religion.

I bold Must because if a muslim women chooses to wear her burkha (burkah?) because of her beliefs then by all means there is nothing wrong with that, however when it is forced it ain't right.

Don't think of extremists as a representative of the whole religion, theres some damn barbaric christians out their too, probly jews as well.

What I find humorous, scratch that, hysterical about this is that all three mentioned religions are damn near identical except for the Jesus factor. The mention of one man has caused thousands of years of genocide. Personally, I doubt these religions compiled have saved even a fraction of the innocent lives they persecuted. Man seeks to be god so he creates him in his image. Not the other way around. Man: The carnivorous ape questing for immortality and ironically destroying itself in the process.

Wait. Doesn't everyone chose their religion? There is no proof for ant religion so its up to you to believe what you chose.

If there was truth in a religion say Christianity, then there wouldn't be other religions. The reason there are Christians Muslims and Jews is because they can't agree. The reason they can't agree is because they are arguing about something that has absolutely no evidence.

Anyway, if I had to chose a myth to live by it would be bhudism
