Volcano or bong?

Ok, im currently saving up money (havent counted it yet...) but was woundering which would be better to get? I was thinking hurricane because then i could smoke in my room (or all over the house) and not have to worry about smell, plus it would be pretty nice to let my lungs get some fresh air for a while, lol. But i wanted a bong because, well, its a bong! but im not sure about what i want... If anyone has a volcano and a good bong thats about the same price please post which you like better. I also heard that the volcano helps you save a LOT of weed which i could use the saved money to buy a bong later... Any suggestions?

if you are talking about a volcano vaporizer than no. It is way to expensive when there are better vaporizers for a lot cheaper. Look in my sig and visit that website. Those vaporizers are the best, one tempertaure setting, hands free vapor tube..etc. And its only half the price of a volcano.

This is without a doubt the best of the best in Vaporizers. It only comes with a European 240V cord. The 2 round head thing. I found a converter online for $35.00. I first saw this item in a coffeeshop, De Kuil. After a demonstration I fell in love with the Volcano. It was like toking pure energy. The pure essence of the plant.We looked around Amsterdam for one and the best price we found was Euro=695.00. This website (grasscity) has the best price by far. Even with the 11.50 regular shipping, it was at my home from Holland faster than any book I have ordered at Amazon. I kid you not. The fellows at (Grasscity/Easybongs) are tops of the world. I have owned at least 6 vaporizers in the past 4 years including the Vapir,various conduction type and the very good but hard to use VaporTech. I can say without a doubt that the Volcano is the best one I have ever used. The only one I think that would comare would be the Vrip gear. A gram of herb, finely ground fills several (I lost count after the second balloon) bags before it starts tasting like roasted popcorn (burnt is too harsh a word for the smooth hits from this incredible little machine. I can get 3 bong size hits of very sweet tasting cool mist from each bag. At least the first 4 or 5 bags maintain this nice flavor (setting 7). The unit is very easy to fill with a generous chamber and easy to empty and keep clean. The unit is perfect for up to 3 people to use at once although more would not be a hassle because the bag fills in well under a minute and would probably hold 2 or more grams if you want it to. I would give it 6 stars if I could. I was also pleasantly suprised when I got an email informing me that the one the shipped was 115v and I wouldn't need a converter. ******

Just received mine today, and you gotta love it. If you're concerned with the price, it's obvious why it costs what it does - it is VERY well made. The bottom line is: This thing is scary when used with the right smoking material. A must for those get-togethers with friends - you'll be the envy of the neighborhood. Also, service from easybongs was top notch, not to mention the unbeatable price which actually rivals the factory itself. It shipped with a US plug, which will save you some $ on a step-down converter. Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase, and am looking forward to including the Volcano into my daily ritual of after work relaxation. German workmanship at its absolute finest! 5 stars!

This is by far the best way to enjoy a herbal experiance. It tastes like it smells, no "leftover oder", a little goes a long way and it's the smoothest thing I've hit in a long time. If you haven't tried it yet, turn this German engineering into your bet high ever...it worked for me!

This vaporizer is definatley the best on the market. I have had the Vapir and was usually left wondering whether it actully did anything, but with this everytime you get the desired effect or more. You need so very little to get the same effect as smoke, exept that it tastes so much better and contains almost no carcinogens. The price is a little high but I got a good deal on it and its worth it anyway because of the money you will save, and whats your health worth anyway?I would recommend this to everyone.

I just came back from the 2004 HT Cannabis Cup! During opening ceremonies they lined 21 Volcano's on the stage of the melkweg and for the next 3 hours (AT least) gave all the judges some vape hits of the top 3 strains! Barneys Coffeeshop has had a volcano for YEARS! By FAR the best vaporizer MADE, they sold a TON to americans at the cup! I am a medical marijuana patient living in Northern California. My pain can get pretty intense at times. My doctor recommended I look into buying a volcano vaporizer because I would get much more mileage out of the medicine, and I wouldn't do any additional harm to my lungs. I took him up on his recommendation. Wow, what a wise choice! As others have stated, it is a bit expensive on the original investment, but you lose nothing of the vapors. The bud goes much farther, and because the vapors are cool, you can inhale and hold much more without coughing - virtually no lung irritation - a real help if you have asthma along with the rest of your medical concerns. Grasscity is the best place to get your volcano because their price is extremely competitive, and their service is great!

I bought this a week ago, used it three times so far. Let me start by saying yes, this is pretty much the perfect and only device you'll ever need for your herb. I can't really see myself even smoking again if its possible for me to use this just a couple days a week. Since I'm bored i'll say a little about myself. First of all, I used to smoke every day. I'm not saying all day every day, just atleast about a bowl a day just to keep me level. Mary jane and me have a love thing, we just needed to see eachother once a day at least haha. Second, I'm not an illiterate stoner, so you can trust what I'm saying haha. Anyway, this thing just kicks your ass. It's even said to give you 75% more out of your herb. Some things I found out from owning this thing that I think you should know are the screens should be changed every time you smoke, just to be safe. And if you drop over 500 on this thing I don't think buying the extra screens is a problem. Plus it comes with extra screens anyway. These are specific screens for the volcano though... you might not understand what I'm saying but it really doesn't matter. You can find 'volcano screen sets' online so you're good on those. So aside from the screens needing to be changed every time... THATS IT! Other than that, this thing is pretty much flawless. The tase, holy shit! You taste pure herb and it will make smoking seem unappetizing to say the least. I actually havn't smoked since I got this thing. It's just like I can wait a couple days to use this thing instead of feeling that need to smoke all the time. And I like that alot. It's amazing that I don't have to hurt my body by smoking anymore. Plus I'm getting more fucked up than before hahah. AND saving more bud. What else you might be wondering is how much the chamber holds and how many bags and hits you can get. Well I have the answers! First, you can squeeze just about a gram in this, and trust me thats more than enough for about 5 people. With a gram you can fill the bag so many times! It's almost too much! I'd say about 8+ bags can be filled and after a while it starts to look less grey in the bag, but you can still hit it when its semi-grey, I mean, there is obviously stuff in there still. Another thing is you underestimate this things volcano power! It's great to have with a bunch of people, but first timers are going to be skeptical whether they've heard good things before or they see everyone passing around a goofy bag haha. It's not cool to take a bunch of huge hits to try to get fucked up... you don't need to try with this thing, haha, use it chill like a hookah. The thing is this is so much pure amazing herb going into you at one time that your body just doesn't get affected til you're pretty far into vaping and later you'll realize you shouldn't have had so much. If you vape this thing too much (over a gram for me and my crew) you will be the highest you've even been for about an hour and then you feel so knocked out and tired after that you just think "next time i gotta lighten up on this thing!" which all three times, I have not lightened up yet hahah. So what I'm getting at is people will be vaping this thing for a while and might not be high, just don't listen to that. You'll all just keep getting higher and higher as time goes on hahah it's just crazy. This thing also comes with extra bags, but by the looks of the way the bags are put on the handle thingy, you could for sure experiment and put some big garbage bag on, which makes this thing even more fun, I'm sure! I can't say enough good things about this. GET IT! The price is nothing compared to the years and years of fun this thing will bring. Also, when you're high as hell, everyone will continuously be weirded out that they are passing around a bag. Hmm.. anything else? Sorry I typed so much but I know I told you stuff you wouldn't find out until you actually owned one. So I hope I convinced you to get this thing because I promise it brings times worth more than money. Think about this, no smell, pure taste, less bud, more high, no smoke. That's the Volcano in a nut shell. Haha, I love just THINKING about the volc when I'm not using it. Oh yeah, and a 3 year warrenty comes standard with this, just save your receipt. And if you get this make sure to read the directions, it looks so confusing at first but in no time you'll be pro at every aspect of the volc. In the manual, it even says they suggest first timers take half the hit they normally took when they smoked. That just tells you right there... Stay high.

hmm good question..volcano vape or bong....well around here i know the volcano is like fucking 600 bucks....and i know for a fact you can get a high quality RooR for less than that, ask debauch, he has like 5 or so...hurricane glassware is nice too, that will also cost alot but i doubt it will cost 600. best best is to buy a mid range bong for like 200+ i got mine for 110 and its the best bong i have, ive dropped it on many flors and its tough as nails. ive never smoked a vape, and right now i smoke so much smoking out of a vape isnt gunna save my lungs lol.

Yea, i was kinda going for either the volcano vaporizer, or a phx trinity (if i could find one...) or a hurricane bong. Ive hit a hurricane before, and it was smooth, but i kind of like the idea of the vaporizer not using up near as much weed. i read some review and the guy had like 2 grams and said it lasted 2 weeks, when normally it woulda lasted a day. dunno if that was an over-exaggeration or not, but its still kinda cool to think about saving that much weed... oh yea, and my lungs... guess those are important too...

From my experience the high I get from vaping weed isnt my favorite type of high. I would suggest trying vape if you havent, before buying. so i say bong because IMO its a better high.

I personally say the vaporizer but I can see where some people might enjoy the bong more. They're different types of highs but the volcano will save you money and is healthier. So those things could sway the vote.
