people in my town don't buy their bud in the smartest of ways. for example...i used to hook up a few friends and they would buy quarters for 100. some would buy them 3-5 times a week. now if those kids just took that cash, and bought an ounce at thebeginning of the week, they would be rolling in cheap bud. but instead they call. which i'm not complaining about, their loss, my gain i guess.

it's not even the quarters that are a huge rip off, it's the grams and eighths. those two quantities, which are the most often bought, are the biggest rip off when buying bud.i for one cannot buy grams for 20, or eighths for 60, which is the going rate in my town. it just doesn't seem sensible. it's like buying a pop everyday from a machine at a higher price then just buying a 24 pack or a 12 pack from the store..

why don't people ever buy with a few friends in bulk. i haven't bought a bag for just myself in god knows how long. buy an ounce and get a 40 dollar dank eighth and split it with your friends.

Yeah I never buy less than a quarter unless I'm really out of money.

That said, often for me there's isn't much of a discount for buying higher quantities. For regs and mids, yeah, but for dank, I pretty much pay a straight amount no matter how much, just because it's so expensive to begin with. $55/8th, $100/q, etc, not much discount for higher amounts. But that's my situation.

I always want to buy in bulk but i never have enough cash to do it, and i cant be waiting for a week and not smoking , i just isnt possible. My towns prices arent to bad tho i ussaully buy half 1/8 for $20 or full 1/8 for $40 and thats for the dank shit too so i dont complain.

im pretty lightweight when it comes to smoking

a good 3-5 hits on a regular spoon or a blunt will get me real high


so for me, i dont really need that much weed to last me a long time

if im just smoking by myself without anyones help...an 1/8 can probably last me around 3 weeks to even a month


but i also only smoke on weekends (fri-sun)

so that probably plays a big role as well

Wow, I guess I'm lucky. I can get 1/4 for 70. And on a Dank scale (out of 10), I give this stuff a 7 (out of the kinds I've smoked, which is a lot)

EDIT: And sense, I'm the same way.. Although myself, I could make an 1/8th last me 2 weeks.

I here exactly what your saying. I used to be a 20 sack buyer like every other day until i met my new hook whos way cheeper...so i switched from buying a dime a day to an ounce a week...and you can always make your money back if you dont smoke it all...(by selling sees candy)

its hard for me know that im in a rehab But i get out on tueday witch means i go today thursday then skip monday then im out and start up smokin (Well i didn;t really stop just cut back to weekends) i quit my job because my boss decided to give me a Drug Test for the rest of my employment there i know make an average of 25$ a week doing odd jobs and what have you and i ussually by only a half 1/8 and it lasts me around 3-4 days( if u want to save ur buds make a schedual of smokin time mines a wake en bake then 4:20 then a night time bowl)

maybe i was misunderstood, i didn't say you should buy ounces and qps for yourself to smoke. buy in bulk with friends and split an ounce 4 ways to get a few cheap quarters instead of buying eash one seperately.

That iz a much better way of doing it. I know I am talking about middies but a friend of mine and myself just picked up a qp last week, and split it. We saved alot by doing it this way. I can now(if I wanted to ) sell half, and make all my money back, plus the oz of free buds JOE>

alot of people don't have good ounce connects.. some will only sell 8ths/q's to make more money, which happens alot. If you can get cheap zips theres no reason not to. Im sure if most could, most would.

That's very true. To get anything more than a quarter (commercial grade dealer) means I have to drive to a shady part of town and wait around a dealer's house for a while. Which doesn't seem too bad except no one speaks english, and I'm white, and every time I go over there there's new people, and they act all distrustful because they think I'm a cop, and yada yada, so I hardly ever buy anything big from him.
