I've been smoking every day constantly for YEARS (I cannot remember how fucking long I've been smoking.. something like a few decades..) and I still get just as high every time. The key: Good diet, Good exercise. LOTS and LOTS of fluids, something that will hydrate you properly such as iced tea or even hot tea works great. Also eat TONS of fruits, look up fruits which cleanse your body and eat those, google it.
By exercise I dont mean go put on 90 pounds of muscle, cause we all know stoners are NOT capable of a good workout regiment. I just run for 15 minutes a day and it's allllll gravy :-) Keeping your bodies amino's refreshed by working out keeps your high awesome. -Rob -Rob |

Im taking a tolerance break right now also. After about 1.5 years of daily smoking. Sometimes up to 10 times a day, normally like 4-5. I just didn't get high and didn't want to spend money on something that wasn't that great. Plus my parents and this girl were hating and it was annoying me... So Im gonna start only smoking at parties and with friends who smoke, insteada all day everyday.
