Hey everyone, not so long ago I posted a thread asking about the pricing of marijuana for absolute beginners who are new to the marijuana world (I am one). I tried using the search button and couldn't really find a solid answer, when I posted a thread asking for help, there are a couple of people who were very generous and was willing to school me on the grams, unit of measurement, and pricing of weed. Despite bumping into a few ignorant people who keep saying "use the search button" etc etc... I found it really frustrating that I couldn't find a straight answer that I was looking. Dur... Dur... "feed a man a fish, he eats a day, teach him to fish... he eats forever..." HOW THE HELL DO YOU ESPECT ME TO LEARN IF THERE ISN'T A TECHNIQUE TO BEGIN WITH?!? Anyways... This is a rough compilation of the answers I got from those who helped me out.

Nickelbag = .5 grams (*$5.00)
Dimebag = 1 gram (*$10.00)
1/8th of an Oz. = 3.5 grams (*$30.00)
1/4 of an Oz. = 7 grams (*$60.00)
3/8ths of an Oz. = 10.5 grams (*$ ?)
Half Oz. = 14 grams (*$120.00)
Oz. = 28 grams (*$240.00-$280.00)
Lbs. = ? (*$ ?)

*so price does vary by grade, but price also varies by area! There is no way possible to tell what the prices should be, esp. when it should be free or at least cheaper!

open up a hightimes look at the current THMQ or go to the website, that will give you a great idea!

It all depends on the strain, availibility, etc.

There are many different factors on the prices. Generally the prices you got there are for Reggs (standard type, not that great, also known as schwagg if its REAL bad). Like, you could spend $20 on a gram of good bud, but spend $10 on reggs....

Here on the East coast, you can pick up a quarter for around 100 - 120.

Someone was trying to sell me a half oz of kindbud for $350, I would've smacked the bastard if we weren't talking over the phone, he's only good if you buy a gram at a time, that's actually the norm $20. I have another dealer that I buy quantity that's harder to get ahold of, but i get 1/4's of nice kb for $90. East coast!

Call the dude nuts, or ask to buy 14 gram bags. 14x20=280 280<350

Not that I'd ever pay that, cause thats too much for a half. An oz maybe, if its really really kind

My dealer usually hooks me up with some pretty good mids for 25/quad, 45/half, and 75 an o. They'll get you nice and high after a bowl or two, but it's got a few stems and seeds. definitely good for the price though.

i'm from mass, and for the most part you'll get ripped off for asking for a nickle or a dime, unless you're friends with the perosn your buying from. You have to go but weight, like for a gram of dro' can run you up to thirty bucks, but you can get an oz of commersh(shit/dirt) for 40 bucks. Is anyone else form around here that can varify these prices.

georgia isn't that bad, the cat i get my stuff from throws me an oz for about 100 for mids (no seeds or stems though). but ive heard of cats copping an oz of reggie for like 250 down here so its really who you know and if they're in college or not.

Here in Nacogdoches we can get some decent dank anywhere from $30-45 for a half oz. depending on the dealer.

Bud around here is sold by weight rather then quality. Know more people, get better bud for cheaper.

Gram - $10
Half Quarter - $25-30
Quarter - $50-60
Half Ounce - $90-100
Ounce - $160-180
Quarter Pound - $500-600
