Grinding Weed

i am now a huge fan of grinding my weed before i pack a bowl. it allowed me to use much less weed then i would before. before my grinder id just break up a few mini nugs and toss that in the bowl but now a pinch of ground up weed serves me much better. also the added bonus of a nice layer of kief in the bottom just makes grinding that much better

I have a leatherman micra I use to break up nugs, are grinders really worth it?

If you smoke an 8th a week or more, it's totally worth it to use a good grinder. Either get a large spacecase (my personal favorite) and collect kief, or just get a cheapo grinder for a better smoke.

Yeah my grinder has the keif screen.. I don't know how I did without one for so long.. it wasn't till coming here and seeing that hash thread did I realize what I was missing. Now I'm a grinding fool. I grind up a half ounce or so, and fill up one of those film canisters.. Totally handy, and always ready to pack my bowl or roll a joint..

Not to mention the keif. I love the pure taste of keif.. Nothing is better then that pure head buzz high it gives you. I notice you don;t get much smoke off it, but you hold it in till you can;t no more and your garanteed a good head rush.. I also took dbw suggestions, and starting lining my joints with keif.. I save thse joints for special occasions, and get nice and high

Oh man, its so much better and more efficient to grind it. plus the kief is incredible, its like as close to pure as you can get without any effort.

smoking tiny bowls of well ground weed does you much better than smoking the same amount as 1 piece.

its kindling versus the whole log for a fire, and if you can smoke a whole bowl in 1 single hit that'll almost always do it to you without smoking more.

Holy shit I just got so high my eyes could not open, and it felt like they were fluttering in my head LOL.. I just took two nice shovels full of keif out of my grinder, and packed it in the bowl.. I lit the lighter and held it a little bit aways so the direct flame did not burn it all up.. It was enough for one huge hit, and my eyes went all crossed LMAO.. Keif is the best.. Basically pure THC to your head

the white crystals in bud. Basically pure thc. The stuff that fucks u up when u smoke weed. Also, keif is all of that white stuff in the grinder pic

It is the thc crystals you see on good buds.. All buds have them, but dank goodness of course has more, and you can see all the crystally goodness..

Some grinders have a screen in which the buds after getting ground up sit on, and from normal movment or shaking the buds get bounced around on the fine screen and only the crystals fall below the screen into a compartment for storage.

you can press these into a cube of hash, or smoke it in it;s crystal form on top ofd bowls or lined in joints.. Basically pure thc goodness!!!!
