Niacin Flush Free will work?
some people say that niacin flush free wont work ? there was two types at longs , flush free and time realase i got the flush free cuz i heard time realase did not work. I got the 500mg ones if i crush it up will it work? iv heard people have had very bad burnin with two 100mgs..whats the best thing to do?

I have a bottle of the 500mg flush free. Instead of swallowing them I chew them up and it seems to work.
