Cleanest possible burn

what is the cleanest possible burn that one can achieve without going over the top spending money. Some characteristics of a "clean burn" include: low amounts of tar inhaled, smooth hit (including cool temperature), won't affect running/cardio activities, least amount of weed wasted, and least smell emitted. This is kind of a broad question but if anybody's got any info id appreaciate it.

That or cooking it. Cooking it will give you a lot more body high, but for inhaling reefer, vaporizers are the way to go. I'm a pretty active person and while i can feel a little bit of reduced lung performance, but its greatly improved from back in the day when i smoked blunts every day.

Cooking and vaporizing are the best/healthiest etc but there are pipes that make the smoke quite cool, save on weed, collect a certain amount of tar. One bowl from my dugout is enough for me, two gets me B A K E D. Very efficient...i.e. good high on a little amount of herb.

Solar's a lot of work, and vape's aren't cheap.

You cannot get a clean burn without spending top dollar on a pH(x) precision water pipe, a RooR, a Hurricane, or a vaporizer. To obtain something of equal value must be lost. Even though your bong make look cool, its still considered a very crude form of smoking. To get the ultimate smoke, you have to pay the price. There is no way around it. Accept it, shell out the money, and sit back and enjoy each and every toke.

Nothing more effective than a bong... this talk of 'clean burn' doesn't exist unless you're willing to dish out a couple bills for a vape; even then you can have a host of issues. Vapes are great for some people. Personally i'll stick to joints and bongs.

Pretty much for all the stuff you listed a vaporizer would be your best choice.. cooking pot is a good alternative too but it's a heavy body stone so running/cardio activities are out of the question. I think vaporizers are also more of a head high (never used one before so don't quote me on that) so it would be better for cardio shit..
