Please help me to choose a metal pipe (not glass for reasons explained inside)

Hey, this is my first post. I would like to introduce myself as a stealth toker living outside of the western world. I like to smoke resins (legal, of course) in bathrooms, at secluded restaurant tables, and sometimes while walking on the street if I think people won't notice. I don't have access to regular herb, and anyway I like resin because there is less smoke to inhale. Resin balls basically requires an upright bowl with a screen. Therefore...

I need a metal pipe. Compact, but size isn't everything. Steel would be nice, since I want to keep the smoke and taste clean. A helix or extended smoke path for cooling would be most appreciated. From the above, it seems Share The Pipe would be perfect. But... I like to be able to keep stuff ready in the bowl, so I would really like some kind of metal cover for the bowl. I know someone will suggest the Protopipe, but thats brass. I know I'm picky. Budbomb and the like are nice but no good for resin balls because I can't control how the flame hits the ball of resin and because they have open holes that will allow the contents of the bowl to fall out.

I saw this one and the bowl cover seems really good:

But it seems too big, lacks a real cooling system and in my opinion its truly ugly.

Has anyone used these pipes?
Are there any stainless steel pieces like the Protopipe?
Does anyone have any ideas about how to add a cover to the Share The Pipe?

Any other ideas would be much appreciated. Again, glass won't work unless it includes a screen, is strong, and has a cover.

Well, unfortunatly I doubt you'll be able to find any pipe with a real cooling system. Unless some out there makes a pipe with a built in heat sink...regardless, I suggest to just deal with the burn as it's not going to go away unless you use a bong/bubbler/vaporizer.

As far as your piece selection goes, the one you pointed out seems to suit your needs quite perfectly. Granted, I cannot tell how large it is from the picture, I'd imagine it's only 4-5 inches long maximum. It's not quite stealthy, but you could always look for a metal one-hitter...if they make such a thing.

Thats what I might do man. It dosn't need to look stealthy because I am generally able to prevent people from seeing.

Would the helix in, say, a Budbomb

prevent some ashes from coming through the pipe and into my lungs. Would it even cool the smoke or is it just a gimmick? Actually the Share The Pipe includes a heatsink and a helix:

Some people refer to hash as the resin of cannabis. I didn't say 'hash' in my initial post because I wasn't sure if that was kosher here. Sorry for the confusion.

I can't get weed here. If I could, I would use something like the Budbomb for stealthy toking.

Thus, I need a small pipe with an upright bowl with a screen that won't break easily, hopefully cools the smoke (as much as that is possible), and preferably has a swivel cover for the bowl so I can cover it up and extinguish everything in a hurry. I need this for stealth, portability, health, comfort (harsh smoke hurts).

I might go glass if I could get a small spoon with a porous glass filter as a bowl. I know there are glass bowls for hash like this, but I've only seen them for bongs.

I wouldn't mind so much not having a swivel bowl cover because I would be very happy already.

My friend has the pipe that you posted in your original posted, and it is probably the best metal pipe I've ever smoked out of. It's made of Titanium, if I remember right. It's tough as hell. He used to throw it at people when they spilled a beer or something like that. It got slammed on the concrete dozens of times...didn't matter.

The pipe stays pretty cool because of the metal it's made out of. Metal pipes have a tendency to get really hot really quickly, but this one holds out better than most.

The swivel bowl cover came in handy many times when cops or suspicious people came around. You can just swing it over the bowl, lit or not, drop the pipe in your pocket and be on your way.

And, by the way, you don't have to worry about making everything sound legal here at the city. We're all a bunch of freakin' pot-heads and proud of it! Doesn't matter if it's illegal or not.

That's perfect. I could never get used to the "SWIM this, legal herbs that". Seems a useless practice and I already have to hide enough from people in the real world.

And speaking of perfection, the Raydiator sounds nearly perfect as you describe it. I'll probably buy it. It would be better if it had a helix but I'm just really obsessing about helixes aren't I. A helix probably does absolutly nothing but I've spent about an hour looking for pipes with this feature. Hmm, I think I'll keep looking for another two hours before I buy the above mentioned pipe.

And Wookie, I am currently located *somewhere in central Asia, above Afghanistan, which is almost where hash basically originated. Its hard to explain why but I can only get hash in my current situation. I can't get any more specific than that unfortunately - sorry to be rude.

thats kinda nasty that u enjoy resin so much but whatever, if u really wanted to be sneaky with your smokin get a onehitter that looks like a cig. my friends got one and its nice cant tell unless you are really close
