depends.. I wouldnt pay 25 for wood but some quality tobacco pipes can be real expensive

Mine was 15 in San Francisco, and i agree with everyone else, glass over wood/metal.

Wood is a nice novetly.

Thats about it.

I have soome really fantastically original native american pipes as well as a few native austrailian.

Only smoked out of them once or twice, more for decoration and novelty. Though as far as interchanable bowls go for those shitty little pocket puffers, you HAVE to get wood (metal is shit). Don't be dissin' them, they got me through the early years just fine.

dude, fuck glass. cheap lightweight tobacco pipes are the shit. they get u just as stoned, and its not like you can taste the wood, so theres no reason to invest in glass.
