I think they're also responsible for making them. I think Hempire and High Times are the same company, or are closely related. But they seriously were like, "These papers are number 1! We love them! Whoa now. Them's fightin' words. I've got to back my man Jay up because I had a pack of Blueberry Juicy Jay's and they were the best papers I've ever used. I just don't feel like driving 20 minutes and paying 3 bucks for a pack.

i used to like rolling joints but i found i could never find really good papers so i just roll dutches all the time now...i feel for you fuck them for advertising a shitty product
