Lol sick of all the choices. HELP lol

first off let me say thanks to everyone here lol. but im here to just ask one thing. Im looking into doing some indoor home growing for some personal herb lol. I wanna make a fair amount of STRONG bud, thats relativly easy to grow and keep female. I read about everything i can on growing, i just can NOT pick out a strain lol. I wanna do somen that stays at less than 6 feet tall and will yield good, and strong good tasting bud. I have a room thats 30 by 22 to work with thats 8 feet tall, i was planning on doing just HPF bulbs eventually lighting up the entire room after i get them going nice with the little lights at first. I was also told to wrap the walla in foil lol? bad or good plan lol? so i was wondering what your guys top chioces would be and how many plants you think i could do in this room. Should i do a bunch of dif buds or stick with one? lol. Thanks guys

Alright, well this probably is going to end up going in the growing form, but i would like to know the same things.. But as for the tin foil, as long as the room is white, it should work just fine. No need to wrap the entire room in tin foil.

lol tahts what i figured about where it should be located lol, but also, i didnt think the foil was a too good of an idea, but it would blow my mind to be really highand walk in a big room of tall ass herbs that i love and shiny stuff everywhere lol

go with kali mist man. best bud i ever smoked. nice sativa strain with a high tch content level. it also looks beautiful too.
