this kid was at the wrong place at the wrong time and since he was there he was charged as being involved so he is in jail for no reason

the story is this----a bunch of high school kids went to buy bud at another high school kids
house and a fight broke out. one kid pulled out a pocket knife and stabbed someone in the fight and the kid died. this kid brandon hein didn't do the stabbing, didnt know his friend had a knife, nothing. all he is guilty of is getting drunk and getting in a fight and he is serving life with no chance of parole which is a harsher sentence than charles manson. |

I continue to lose faith in the rule of law everyday. It truely is devastating. Up to 1.5 years for an appeal. Thats ludacris. I dont know how that judge and prosecutor can sleep at night.
