none of my friends have a bubbler but i see pictures of one.
i wanted to know how do they work.
does the smoke go thru the water like in a bong?

It depends... some have bowls that go down into the water - and some just have bowls that are right above the water - so that when you inhale - the water bubbles, and the smoke is filtered through the bubbles. They are the smoothest handpipe you will get - unlike normal glass spoons, or metal pipes. Very easy smoke - like out of a bong - but not as big hits.

my bubbler has 2 chambers and the bottom one gets the water.. then the bowl sits on top of the top chamber and has a stem that goes into the water.. smoothest hit ever.. i love watching it bubble and hear it bubble as it fills with smoke

i love bubs too!....except i lent mine to a friend for a night (a beautiful sidecar, only my second piece ever) last august and he got busted the next morning and it got smashed...i still grieve for it

Did he repay you in full? If not then whose to say he didn't keep it.

If you see it at his place a serious ass whooping is in order if he gave you less then it was worth or stiffed you totally.

well its actually a longer story...

it was my brother's friend that i lent it to. he got me lots of good hookups and was pretty cool. He was dry and he smokes a lot, so he asked me to lend him a quarter (i had a half) and he was going to pay me back the next day...and i didnt care so i said sure (but now i kick myself and wish i had given him my spoon). Turns out, the next day his dad came up from texas (his family had just moved) to check up on him and saw weed and freaked out. Chad (my brother's friend) had to move to Texas. I have no idea what happened to the piece...but since I didn't know his number I told my brother to get it all back, since Chad was his friend. My brother kept giving excuses and he moved away. So now my brother owes me $200. And no, he hasn't given me shit. That's why I'm waiting for the next time I see cash in his room, because I'm taking it. I know that's kinda mean for a brother to do to another brother, but he assured me multiple times "he's good for it man, Chad's a good guy" and convinced me to lend it to Chad. And then afterwards didn't get shit back.

Stuff like this always shows me that nice guys do finish last...I never want to say no to people and I get shafted sometimes, just like this time. Another time I bought a bowl for a friend and he promised to pay me back and never did, and now he moved too.

That is a viedo I made, it is a clear three chamber large bubbler. It does not look like many other bubblers but you can get an idea how it works by that.

An 8th between 'em and a bub to sell or use probably isn't seen as much of a knife in the back when it's between blood. Then again maybe this dude did have trouble...but if thats the case this dude should have payed the fuck up in some way.

Cause seriously hookup or not you just don't cheat people period and just cuz he got into shit doesn't mean what he got lent by ya doesn't need to be replaced pronto.

yeah i know...that's why i was so pissed off

i would tell my brother to get my shit back (i didn't know the number) and he'd be like sure, yeah, ill call him.....and of course, the asshole moved and so i told my brother it was his responsibility now...but my brother was never any good at paying people back, so it looks like i lost $200 forever

Text Signatures: 4 lines normal size OR 8 lines small size and up to 90 chars per line. Font sizes above 2 are not allowed.
