smoking and usage

Ok, so my brother just told me he aquired some Opium, and since we will have the house to ourselves tomorrow, that is when we are planning on smoking it. I weighed it out, and it measured 6.5grams. It's your standard opium I guess, a gooey, bouncey-ball sized blackish/brownish sweet sweet aroma smelling ball of Opium.

So my questions for those of you who have smoked Opium before are, a) what should I expect? b) how is it, and is it better to smoke with marijuana or just smoke it by itself?

Should I just roll a little ball up and smoke it in a bowl or put it on top of the pot and smoke it all together? Also, how much should be smoked at a time for a relatively good high?

Well Ive smoked it before and personally didnt enjoy it when i was comin down my head hurt so bad and I hallucinated a little bit other than that its pretty much like weed mixed with some painkillers...I smoked mine with weed.

It would be within your interest to smoke it exclusively with weed. You would need to smoke around a gram of opium to really feel the effects. Though when mixed with weed (and you'll only need a small piece) you'll feel a unique new high.

I have never tired opium, but i've heard it's pretty fun stuff.

Definitely smoke it with weed. Opium by itself isn't really much, you might get a light head buzz off of it, but nothing more. If you smoke it with weed, though, they click with each other and form some kind of superdrug.

I recommend either a sandwich bowl: a little weed at the bottom, then a flat pancake of opium, then more weed on top, or a blunt with a long, solid snake of opium in it.

The snake always gets me, the bastard.

Anyhow, enjoy yourself!

well, we kept the bowl kind of small, not a ton of opium, but my bro made a sandwich out of it. he told me he would smoke me out soon though with a good ammount of weed and opium, so that should be sweet.

it was definitely a different high, super relaxed and all. we ended out just jamming out with guitars and making up riffs on the fly so it was pretty sweet. i'de definitely recommend it if you can get your hands on it.

I didnt like opium. I mean I liked the body high feeling, but I didnt think it was that worth it, i'd rather pack a FAT weed bowl in my hookah

i used a torch lighter and a bong without water in it... that's how i was told to smoke it, and it worked.. don't pack too much in at a time or else it wont burn... it takes a lot more heat to smoke O than bud... don't forget that it keeps burning after it's lit, so don't waste it...

but if you have 6 grams or so you might want to try eating it? i read that it will give you much more powerful, longer-lasting effects...smoking opium was actually considered the "poor mans" way of injesting it back in the day. im just not sure how much you're supposed to eat...

i personally love it

like the perfect opiate high to me

perfect mix between vicoden and morphine, just complete body high numbness, but still able to function unlike on morphine

thats just my opinion though, but i really like body highs over head highs

oh yeah, make sure its black tar opium

most other kinds are actually fake opium and don't actually compain any opiates(such as red rock and white rock)

it was black tar opium. he said it cost $45 for the 6.5 grams, so either the dealer didn't weight it out and just assumed it was an 1/8th, or maybe opium is cheaper then weed. i have no idea how much opium generally runs, but getting nearly a quarter for $45 seems like a great deal, especially when mixing it with weed has a synergistic effect that brings on stronger effects.

i know i didn't get a full taste of what it can do so i'm really looking forward to smoking more.

opium seems to cost normally $15 a gram, sometimes 10, sometimes 20
