So I ordered the following from them, and it's been over 2 weeks and they didn't ship yet..

8" Bubbler
6" pipe
Another pipe..

2 weeks, isn't that a little long?

any suggestions?

im somewhat new to the city but recently ive seen a lot of posts where NGA has taken a while to ship out their products but the people have come back on and posted that they finally got them so just wait it out a bit longer and see what shows up...

this one guy i forget who its in this forum though somehwere...search it maybe....but he said that they wernt returning his emails either but then he got it liek 2 days later or something idk its a little fuzzy right now...but i remember the part about the emails...sorry for ramblin ....peace...

Yo, I live in the northwest, in eugene specifically, and you should've ordered from shivadas , shivadas.com (i think, iot's eithar hat or .org), they are pretty cheap.

SD, They sent me a shipping notice about 1 week after my purchase. Then nothing happend. a week and a half later they sent me another shipping notice. 5 days after that I got my order. I think their system is a bit screwy, but I am happy with my purchase.

You may want to be careful about talking about them openly. I'm not exactly sure about the rules of the forum on this subject since you aren't linking anyone. Just be careful. I like you hanging around!! hehe

I just received my pieces on Monday and I ordered over 2 weeks ago. Last time it only took a week but it seems they were having some difficulty this time.

Yeah, I know this thread is kinda old but I figured I'd use the search button since I read a bunch of other posts about this before. I ordered a piece from them on June 13th. It has almost been a month and it is still processing. Did those of you who ordered from them ever get screwed or did you eventually get the piece? If so, about how long was the wait for?
