Wierd trip, hallucinations; Laced weed?

This is part experience report part question. Today I had this really wierd experience on barely any weed:
Yesterday I invited my friends over. We didnt take any drugs or alcohols that night. This morning one of my friends brings over his hookah at about 11. There are three of us and we smoke one large sized bowl of coconut flavored tobacco. We were bored and drove to another guy's house (his house is a mad stoner house so there were a couple people there blazin). Scince theres all these people at his house we set up the hookah and toke it.
At this point I have a slight stomach ache. I ate waffles that morning so I attributed it either to smoking the hookah that morning or the 3 cigarettes I smoked along the course of the morning.
I decided, ignoring my upset stomach to smoke the hookah a little. I take a few hits and the dude who's house we were at offers to sprinkle some shake on the hookah bowl. So he sprinkled about .2 grams of shake on the bowl. I got 2 hits off of that.
This is when shit happened.
2 hits wouldnt normally get me high but after those 2 tokes I had a slightly stong buzz going. But my stomach ache was getting worse. I felt dizzy and light headed about 5 min after smoking the hookah, and I go to the bathroom and throw up. When I threw up that first time I BLASTED my high and I immediatly got intensely high. I threw up numerous times. I was sitting on the floor having cold sweats and tripping. I didnt have any hallucinations at this point but my mind was going crazy and I started to be scared of badtripping.
When my vomiting subsided I was exauhsted and tripping. I sat on the toilet seat for a while to try and pull myself together. I tried to stand up but every time I would I would black out severely. I tried 3 times and on the 3rd I couldnt see anything at all for a minute.
I finally got myself to stand up. I wanted to get some fresh air cuz I was trippin hard. So I went through my friends room and went to sit on his porch, blacking out slowly as I was walking through. I seated myself down on the porch and tried to calm myself down. But when I looked out on the street, my sight was messed up. I cant really describe the begining but after 1 minute on that porch, everything was white and purple, there were no other colors. Everyobject I saw, depending on the darkness of its color, was a different shade of purple. It was like black and white but with purple. Also the street I was looking at was wayy to bright. It looked like an overexposed picture.
I've never taken any hallucinogens so this was my first real hallucination ever and it scared the crap outta me. I got a friend to talk to me, and slowly everything subsided. I started seeing colors coming back. Like at first the reds would come back, the rest would be shades of purple. And then all the color came back but the street was still really bight to me, it didnt hurt my eyes, but there was white all over the place. That went away after 5 min.
I came down, aproximately 20-30 minutes after smoking that weed in the hookah, so this was pretty short, and when I came down I felt moderately high but I was really happy for some reason.

So was this weed laced with something, or did I have a stomach flu+weed= mad hallucinations. This scared me pretty bad, imma be thinking about it the next time I smoke.
Additional info is that the guy who supplied the weed is a friend that i know would never lace anything. And I had slight diarhea that morning.

Man its impossible to know what you smoked but thats an experience you'll never forget. I think im going to try salvia this weekend maybe ill have a similar experience.

smoked at a party once got intensly high...everything seemed surreal. now the party was mainly in the front yard of this house and there were a few ppl inside the house. i had to get away from everthing so i sat on the back steps by myself in a horrible cold sweat. then all of the sudden i began to hear conversations from the otherside of the house...people were talking in a normal tone too. i dont know what the fuck i smoked but i have never been so obliterated in my life

I smoked waaaaay too much one night and started feeling really hot, but I was actually in a cold sweat, so I went to the bathroom and sat down and just tried to collect myself, and it seemed like there was this humming everywhere, but when I had a flash of sobriety, it disappeard, so I figured I was just hearing things... I think it was just overstimulation.

I've had similiar experiences from weed, even from just a few hits. Sometimes if I lie down when I'm really fucking blazed, I start feeling very nauseous, start blacking out n' shit, blurry vision, hallucinations. I thought I was a fucking clam. It's weird shit. Probably wasn't laced. Just sometimes it can take you by surprise and really make you trip.

You probably were feeling the effects of the tobacco. Some people feel the symptoms you are describing when they smoke hookah (w/ shisha)

well u shouldn't smoke weed with hooka it makes me sick everytime. i know it wasn't coke cause u just get like aaa dude i can't even discribe it but u wouldn't see stuff on it umm couldn't be acid cause u would be trippen balls for awhile umm psp maybe but don't really think so umm idk hey how was everyone else? were they fucked up? but some times people put things on weed like house cleaning shit just to get u higher and u were saying it was all shack sounds like some shitty weed so that can cause it but ya dude just watch out what u smoke cause people do some messed up things to weed trust me i know i smoked some fucked upshit but ya be safe

i get shades of colors alot like yesterday i walked into my room after alot of bong hits at this kids house and my whole room was orange but i just laughed and went and took a shower

i dont really hallucinate on weed, except in the dark! but i hate hearing things, wispers, cries, objects moving!!! that shit's nasty

I've never hallucinated like that before, everything looked like white and purple thermal vision, when it was happening it wasnt fun tho, I was really scared cuz i didnt know how long it would last. The 3 other dudes that smoked the weed outta the hookah were fine, I guess it was just food poisoning. I've heard that when you smoke with the stomach flu you hallucinate alot so...
But now that i'm sober, actually i'm pretty happy that it happened, it was 10 minutes of straight halucinating, something i've never done before. Kinda makes me hesitate tho on my decision to try shrooms soon tho.

Dude, don't worry about mushrooms, they're nothing like that. When you do mushy's get a FAT ASS pitcher of Lemonade, it's an anti bad trip. If you smoke ciggs have lots of them for mushrooms. But as far as the colors go and stuff yes sounds like some sort of bug, cause I know when I was sick and smoked I did have minor hallucinations and shit like that. But damn man color changes, thats more acid.

yea ive gone blind like that before it was freaky, but that was because we smoked like 4 blunts of regs and 5 bowls of dro all within a very short time. i just tried to stay calm and figured it would pass either that or i would pass out. it wasnt nearly enough to make me stop smoking tho that was just a few days ago. i think it was more smoke ilhalation than the thc tho cause i hardly got any fresh breathes.
