Tylenol and weed?

I have a cold right now. I have a quick question

I know that if you take tylenol when you're drunk, it will make your liver fail, and you have a very little chance of making it through the night.

Can you smoke and take tylenol. I had to take it because my nose is so stuffed up

Still lets not get off topic, I need to know if someone knows for sure that I can smoke even though tylenols in my system. I have a lot of years ahead of me, dont wanna throw 'em out

I had a cold too about 2 weeks ago. I was taking around 2 Tylenol PM Cold + Sinus and smoking.... No health issues but you may get really sleeeepppyy
