Well some of you know some kid hit my car from behind on my way to buy a cell phone.

Well lets calculate how much money I've had to blow away.

Towing - $128
Police Report - $5
Lawyer - 30% of whatever I get from the settlement
Replace damage parts that control my tail lights - $325
Medical bills - Haven't calculated it out yet but its going to be alot

Hmmmm then i decide hey Jason lets buy an 8th of weed. So I give 60 bucks to my friend and he tells me he will bring the 8th by. He's done it before...why not trust him.

He gives me Half Dank and Half "30's"

I smoke the Dank and its good but I finish that bag and dip into the 30's.

Well guess what they aren't 30's. His dumbass brother tried to grow his own weed and it doesn't even give you a buzz. I could tell something was wrong when i first got the bag but I thought hey he's my friend I can trust him.....WRONG

So i call him up and tell him that im fucking pissed off. He stops by and I basicall give him the bag cause i dont want a bag of weed that doesn't get you high.

He says "Oh ill hook you up"

He smoked me out with 1 bowl.

Found out today that i have to buy new windshield wipers

ahhh here is the good part ... the kid gets a 100 dollar ticket and then gets to go home while I was in a ambulance WEEEEEEEee

Found out this damn case is going to be drawn out over a year and probably wont get my settlement for awhile. Plus the kids Insurance company "State Farm" Is being little bitches and and not willing to take liability for knocking out one of my running gears. EVEN THOUGH HE PUSHED MY CAR OVER A CURB AT 45 MILES PER HOUR!!

If i could just have 1 good day this week id be happy.

therapy's sad.. payin someone to listen to you... heheh. you need to not have people get weed for you. a big % of the time your bestest of friends WILL pinch your weed. well i dunno about everywhere, but i swear, everyone i know in the city i live in is an ass..
but yea you gotta have no middle-men between you and the dealer. + dealers start hookin you up the more YOU come to them.

That sucks dude... I've had my fair share of shitty weeks... Just try to keep your head up and still be positive. Karma will come around to you eventually.

Happened to me recently... Had a bunch of really shitty weeks, then out of nowhere all kinds of good things started happening... Bunch of new connects, unexpected money, etc.... Good stuff

Hang in there man... Life can't suck forever. It'll get better eventually.

man, don't get a lawyer involved unless you have to - your OWN insurance agency had plenty of lawyers that are there just to get the money from the other guy. mine will ALWAYS fight for me, because they know that if i dont get the money from the other guy, i'm gonna take it from them, and since the other guy got a ticket,they won't be able to charge me for it. a lawyer will just take part of the fees, and thats just contributing to our sue happy society. try doing it the legit way first - you'd be surprised. if they bring you back a reasonable offer, take it - cuz if you take it to court, not only does the lawyer get some, but they might bring up medical tests that might do bad things to your case (character SHOULDNT play a role, but if you had drugs in your system (yeah, 30 days later!) they can pull that shit on you. )

I'm not sure about your experiences, but I've been in 2 different accidents, and my insurance company didn't do jack shit for me. Rather than try to get money from the other guy, they just try to get it from me. I had to spend months and months arguing with the fuckers because they try to weasel out of paying for anything. Their excuse? "It's not accident related." Yeah, sure it's not, you fucking idiots. It's just a coincidence that my heater stopped working at the exact instant the other car hit mine.

In s0ad05's situation, getting his own lawyer and filing a civil suit IS "the legit way." I tried things the other way, trusting my insurance company to take care of me. But they're only trying to save every penny they can for themselves. Fuck them.

Sorry for the rant, but in the case of auto incidents, I tell everyone I can that you need to look out for yourself because no one (not even the companies you PAY to do it) else will.

Don't insurance companies just piss you right off?? Fucking bastards, you pay them completely outrageous amounts of money to protect in case of any accident, and then they always try and get out of it when an accident finally happens! bastards!
