i just told my girflriend that i smoke... and she's cool. but first, here's the reason why she didn't know i smoked:

we've been together for about 5 months, and several months before that my best friend and i were "outed" for smoking weed among a group of people we know, including my stepbrother which could've fucked me over, so we had to tell them we quit. my current girlfriend knows that group of people, so she got word of our smoking and "quitting" as well. so when we started dating, i didn't even realize at first that she thought we had quit. and i didn't want to tell her too early in the relationship because she might have been unattached enough at that point to just drop my ass. so tonight, after the subject had sort of been coming up recently, i told her.

and she's basically cool with it. she's hurt that i lied, but she understands how difficult my position was. she even wants to try it with us. god i love her. alls well that ends well, i say. *sigh of relief*

Yeah, all my past girlfriends have been cool with it and I hope all my future ones do to. I have never toked up with any of my girls though

I dont think the conversation could of gone any better exspecially if she wants to try it with you thats awsome. just get her ina relaxed mood so sheel enjoy it and maybe she will start doing it all the time with you.

it was more like one of my other friends brought it up offhand and didn't realize that this person didn't know i smoked, and she got super bitchy and told her whole crew, which is composed entirely of weed-ignorant people, and it posed some potential problems.

i doubt she'll become a total stoner, but i think getting her to smoke will at least enlighten her to what weed really does and how harmless it is.
