what causes red eye when you smoke why do somepople not get it ?

when the THC hits the blood steam the veins have better blood flow, but im not sure on why the eyes get red, the THC is the main part

yea me too.... if someone like closed their eyes and smoked and kept their eyes shut threw the whole thing then went somewhere where there isnt any smoke, would they have red eye?

its not from the actual smoke getting in your eye. cigarrette smokers don't walk around with red eye, and when you smoke weed it lasts for awhile. its certainly something to do with the thc.

THC dilates blood vessels, reducing the pressure inside the eye (intraocular pressure - IOP), dilated blood vessels in the eye cause its redness.

That's why some studies say its good for glaucoma.

i don't get red eye when i smoke most of the time. the only time is get redeye is when i m high as fuck
