Broken bowl - FUCK

I was high and dint know what i was doing, i thought i put the bowl down inside, then i went outside and fell on a skateboard and it smashed in my pocket. do you know if glassworkers can fit another end onto it?

I know the feeling, my friend just broke my 80 dollar pipe. He got drunk and dropped it 5x til it broke in 3 pieces oh well the gbong just gets a lot more love now.

If its only broken in one piece I hear there is glue that is safe and has no toxins you can use to glue it back up. Also, You can try to find some kind of rubber washer that holds the pieces together. Thats what my friend did to his bubbler when it snapped.

A local blower may be able to fix it, depends how it broke though. If it only broke in one clean snap then get a hold of some non-toxic glass glue and it should work perfectly.

He dropped it five times? Dude, I would have not let that guy smoke outta my piece for the rest of the night (at least) the FIRST time he dropped it. I'd be fuckin pissed at that dude, he's paying you $80 for the piece, right?

its broken into more than 2 peices the end kinda shattered pretty good.

If it's shattered than theres nothing they can do. Just invest 20-30 bucks in a new one.

yeah its only one of the ends and i have most of the big peices. i think im oging to see what a glassworker can do to it.

word it was on new years, and we didn't even have any greeneye we were just drinking. Like i used it everyday for a year, made me more sad than angry. It was a gift from a friend so im not worried about the cash, though it is upsetting, it was a very artistic piece, blown inside out, naturally.

that sucks just get a new bowl i guess at least it wasnt like a bong or something really expensive.

one time i was doing a joke where i put my friends bowl in my mouth, like the entire thing in my mouth so you couldnt even see it and was going up to different people at a party saying "you wanna smoke" and them opening my mouth. unfortunatly i accidently dropped it and shattered it.

Depending on the break you have two choices..

If it's a clean break you can try to propane torch it yourself back together after checking out a scientific glass blowing site for info

If it's messy then yes almost anyone with school experience and pratice can fix your piece. Just make sure of a few things before you bring it to them..

NO resin or smell or even a smear on the glass....soak it in rubbing alcohol an rub it down throughly. No gb likes dealing with someone elses nasty stuff on the glass they work on or will risk inhaling unknown chemicals from a piece being worked on.

Don't nag them to get it done fast... it'll result in a no go or a slower go.

Don't go taping it together or anything of that nature... it's broken glass don't risk sucking down tiny bit of glass over a few bucks or a delay on the repair.
