First of all, I'm pretty new to the GC forum and the herb in general, but I do have a question. I know that the sativa strain is generally a more mental energetic high than the couch-lock sleepiness of indica. Being a musician and a person of creative leanings, I prefer the sativa strain. Is there a way to tell whether it is indica or sativa by looking at it, or do you have to smoke it to know? Thanks.

i believe sativa is more common among those who hand out herb

no, the indica plant is more commonly grown because its shorter (easier to grow inside) and it gives out a greater crop, producing more per harvest. as well you generally cant find just indica and just sativa, almost all herb is a hybrid strain. however generally herb from the indica is slightly darker where as sativa is a slightly lighter shade of green. don't confuse this with if it's dank or schwag, that just has to do with the hue/paleness of the bud.
