DXM Trip

Last Friday i took dxm. (Thats robbitusin cough medicine, but it has to be pure Dxm). Anyways erowid says the recomended dose it 200-300. i took 700 and i smoked some bud, some opium and i drank about 8 shots of brandy. I had the WORST trip of my life. My two friends were with me and all they did was try and help me out. In my head i was convinced i was going to die, i mean like i was sure i was dieing, i kept seeing the most fucked up things and my body was burning and whenever i tried to stand up i would fall really hard. After about 12 hours of a horrible trip i fell asleep and woke up the next morning with a horrible headache. It was so bad the that at one point i almost called an amblance for my self, i was SO conivinced this was it. Sorry for the long thread this has been killing me i had to get it off my chest.

That's why you shouldn't mix alcohol and other drugs when using DXM. DXM can be a very intense trip and alocohol just makes it worse.

ive found that mixing it with weed is a good thing to do, normally sends me on a good trip, but man, 8 hots and you smoked opium too?! im sorry bud, but that is just NOT smart.

When i did it it was fun and i did 500mg and vapped some weed while i was waiting for it to kick in. But i'll never do it again since i got a hangover and the next day wasn't any fun. I'll do LSD over DXM any day, acid is way funner then anything and it won't give you a hangover or any bad side effects.

yeah like everyone else said never mix DXM with alcohol...and when i did it i took 550 mgs and smoked a little bud and i liked it a lot i had some crazy visualizations and i remember just layin with this girl on a trampoline talking to her for like 3 hrs then we went to baker square and ordering food while i was on DXM was a fun experience...i liked it just never mix DXM with anything but mary jane is my advice for next time

I did 15 Dexalone and smoked 2 blunts and had a fucking awsome time. I was fucked up for like 10 hours.

yeah but you gotta be careful what kind of cough medicine you get, good rule of thumb is to stick with robotussin cough max strength.

Infinity- heres a good way to do it:
Get a glass of cold water, and leave the sink running, put some tooth paste or somthing under your nose (so you dont smell the tussin), drink a little bit of water, close your eyes, and chug the fuck out of the tussin, drink it all, now get another glass of cold water and drink it down... (remeber this is with your nose PINCHED)

um... no get the pills and take 300 mg of it. so i bottle is 20 pills and each pill is 15 mg so take the whole bottle

yea i always used to take the gelcaps (they arnt pills but gelcaps just to make that clear) just the feel of the pill in my hand makes me want to puke now. just that shape and feel pill not advils or any other pills and so does the smell of cough syrup. theres these cherry candies we have in a candy bowl at work and i put one in my mouth and then immediately had to spit it out cause it tasted like the syrup. i think im gonna go make a thread about loss of magic
