getting stoned at a concert

I'm going to a concert next Wed. (Marilyn Manson). And I want to smoke there but I don’t know if it’s worth the risk. I thought about rolling a few joints that way if I do get caught I won’t have much on me and I won’t loose any glass. But I don’t know where to put them. I was thinking of buying a pack of cigarettes just to pull a few out and put in the joints (I don’t smoke cigarettes). I haven’t been to a concert in like 4 years so maybe it’s not even an issue. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you. Megan

im going to a concert tomorrow and we're smoking inside... don't worry about it they usually do a really weak pat down

yeah I wouldn't worry to much. When I went to see Mars Volta they didn't even pat anyone down and there was tons of weed going around. And when I went to curiosa they did the weakest pat down I have ever seen.

just incase they check your purse, and they do here in Scotland, i put my stuff in my shoe..........hash, lighter, and superfly blue protopipe, it's small and cylindrical, great for gigs, went last week to Franz Ferdinand, and also the Zutons...........great gigs........Peace out..............Sid

Chance are u'll get a light pat down...even less since i think ur a girl (u mentioned a purse)...If ur till worried put the j's or whatever in a little ziplock and stash it in ur bra. That what my g/f does anytime we go to a concert and well we've never had any problems. As for smoking inside, that won't be a problem i went to a system of a down concert and all i could smell was weed! Enjoy the concert and the weed

Yeah the bra idea is good. I usually put the joints in my pack of cigs since I smoke. They have never checked their so it is all good.

I always crotch mine as theyre never gonna search there. Once I put a pipe in my shoe, but that was really uncomfortable in the end.

I've been to about 60 concerts and some they pat you down more than others. They usually do look inside bags and purses too, almost always. A lot of places look inside cigarette packs too. I would be careful, but I don't want to make it sound impossible. I smoked at probably half those shows. I usually stuff stuff in my shoes, but sometimes they stick a finger in there to search around.--So put it close to your toes for a few mins til you get inside.

last year, i went to a red hot chili peppers/ queens of the stoneage concert and there was an unbeliveable amount of weed in there.. i diddnt bring any myself but im sure i could of bought some in there

Haha...feel kinda sorry for ya...we never get searched here. I always smoke js and smoke fags, too, so I put them in my smoke package, just so they don't get squeased...

On the other hand we're not allowed to smoke inside any more, so we have to go outside now. And there's always someone tokin up

Yea another good way if the security is tight is to get a pack of fags and gently roll them in your fingers till all the tobacco drops out, then replace the baccy with weed and shove em back in the ciggy pack filter up

they will never notice

wow, i hate smoke at concerts. I am into heavier music... screamo/post hardcore/emocore. I once thought it would be fun to get high at the used, i wen't in to mosh and it sucked so bad. I was just being thrown around helplessly and oh so confused... haha, must have been a funny site to the friends.

i went into a deftones concert - i had my altoids tin in my pocket. during the pat down...

"what's this in your pocket?"
"it's uhh... ummm... hmmmm....uhhhh"
"ok, go through"

i was just.... yeah. it was all good. joints are best for concerts - just put a few inside a pack of cigs - if you're paranoid, pull up the cigs and put a layer of jays at the bottom. weed at concerts is great! well... weed anytime is great!
