Weed and Alcohol

Before I ask my question, here is my story.... This morning I went out with 3 friends to smoke a few blunts and when picked up a bottle of Sky Vodka (my fave liqour). Well, we smoked one blunt, only buzzing for all of us. Then we smoked the 2nd after chilling for a few minutes. By the time we were done with the 2nd blunt, we all were feeling pretty high. Then we were taking some shots. We each took about 7 shots. It would go around in a circle people taking shots just like a joint or blunt. Well, I felt the alcohol more than the weed. So did one of my friends. The other 2 friends said they felt the weed more than the alcohol. So, my question is, why is this. We all smoked almost the same amount and took the same amount of alcohol. Does it have to do with each person's body and how it reacts to certain things or possibly tolerance? I was just wondering. Either way, we had a good time. Just chilling at my friends house listening to Cypress Hill and drinking/smoking.

yeah man...everyone's boldy chemistry reacts differently to certain compounds. Somepeople have more of a reaction to weed than alcohol and vice-versa. Plus the tolerance thing is also a factor...so basically you're right.

yea, mabye some of you guys parents, alcholism runs in the blood or you body weight is totaly diffrent, i know how it is...

body weight is a a big factor too... much moreso for the alc.

Don't you get more drunk if u smoke before you drink? I can't remember exactly how it goes, but I've heard that smoking before you drink enlarges your blood cells and allows you to absorb more alcohol. Maybe its the other way around. Either way its a great feeling tho.

when you mix them together you get better effects from each. Im so drunk and stoned right now.

if your small and thin you get pissed quick

if you tall and fat, it takes alot more

yeah i was just out at a party last night, and for me i get stoned really really quick but i have to drink a ton to get drunk.

anyway last night i planned on just drinking but i ended up smoking first and then drinking.. i was tanked hardcore but i woke up hangover-free so i guess thats good..

hmm everybody says its better to drink first and then smoke rather than smoke first and then drink.

can someone just explain the different effects of doing it one way or the other?
